Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person.

Everything you write here remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We store it so we can show it back to you, and we will not publish, sell, or license it.

Scripture is quoted from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. The territories, questions, prompts, design, and written material in this app are original work and remain ours. You may not copy or redistribute them as your own.

Two territories are always free. A Full Access subscription — $12 a month or $89 a year — unlocks all six territories, petitions, decrees, and assizes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from Settings.

The first hundred Full Access subscribers subscribe at the founding rate of $9 a month or $79 a year. That rate is held for as long as the subscription stays active and continuously paid, whatever the standard price becomes later. If a founding subscription is cancelled and later restarted, it restarts at the standard price then in force.

Full Access includes the option to invite up to three accountability partners. A partnership requires both people to accept it, and either person may end it at any time, which removes access immediately.

Inviting is a Full Access feature. Being invited is not. If someone asks you to stand with them, you may accept, see what they have chosen to show you, and share your own items back, all on a free account. If a Full Access subscription later lapses, existing partnerships stay as they are; only the ability to send new invitations ends.

Nothing is shared automatically. You choose what a partner can see, one item at a time. Your journal entries, petitions, and assize answers remain private unless you deliberately share a specific one. What you write about a standing order during an assize is shared only if you have shared that standing order.

There is no messaging between partners. This is by design — partners can see what you have chosen to show them and nothing else.

Choose your partners carefully, and only invite people you know. You are responsible for what you choose to share. If you are under 18, talk to a parent or guardian before inviting anyone.

Do not republish or share outside this app anything a partner has shown you. What they shared, they shared with you.

Cancel any time from Settings. If it hasn't served you, write within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it — no explanation needed.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you return to the free plan. Nothing you have written is deleted or hidden — every entry, petition, decree, and assize stays readable and exportable. Only the ability to create new material in the additional territories stops.

Send refund requests to lamar@theunshakenkingdom.com. We process them within five business days.

Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, or use it to harass anyone.

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own exports if your writing matters to you — the export button exists for that reason.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and if we do we will let you export your writing first unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Seek Ye First will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you agree to that venue.

Seek Ye First is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Unshaken Kingdom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
